The principles of this training program are based on Fit by Nature. The Camino de Santiago serves as an adventure and a process of evaluation and self-discovery. This 12-Week Program mirrors that journey of preparation. The adventure starts on Day 1.

The core component of the program is the Daily Dozen. We provide this routine immediately so your adventure can start today. This is a journey of evaluation, transformation, and the opening of new possibilities.

Twelve Week Training Program: $1,000.
Integration: This program is included in the cost of all 2026/2027 expeditions.

Format: Digital protocol, weekly video conference briefings, and three 30-minute individual coaching sessions.
